How to create ZIP files

Computer commands may vary from system to system, but these are the most popular methods of "Zipping" files.

If you are using a PC
Right Click on your desktop and select New > Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
Rename the new ZIP file appropriately. The name you use should describe the job clearly.
Drag all the files which you wish to send us into the new ZIP file.
Upload the ZIP file using our simple upload form.

If you are using a MAC
First, either Control Click on the file (or files) and choose Create Archive OR click on the file (or files), then go to the Action menu (the button that looks like a gear), and choose Create Archive.
